Would you tell a better story if you were staring into the gun of a gangster?

Sebastián Lora has a couple of gangster stories that sure are memorable, and he uses them to bring the participants in his corporate workshops to the next level.

“When you give them the tools to make their stories come to life,” he says,” all of a sudden they see themselves as more capable.”

Seb also share with us some of his struggles and successes on YouTube, where he’s becoming an influencer throughout Spain and Latin America.

“It’s a rough road,” he says. “Of course it’s about the journey, but the journey will only be worthwhile if you have a purpose, if you have a destination in mind.”

It’s all about building trust with prospects and followers.

“Sure, I’m building presence on YouTube and I’m building my business. But it’s all about trust.”

Needless to say, Seb’s a big believer in storytelling.

He tells us not only how he uses stories on YouTube, but he also tells us why Hollywood and Bollywood are doing right.
